Design good of the house. The facilities at the Maples are very good for children with a lot of play areas. The maintenance of the site could be improved significantly and large parts of the common land not finished and seed to lawn. A poor advert for Redrow.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have had countless teething problems with build quality but seen red over the extras. Please don’t get miss sold with the EV car charger that they charge £1395 for and it only charges at 1.3KW.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The extras are an opportunity for Redrow to sell inferior products.

What is the best feature of your home:

Seems energy efficient so on a cold winters day the house is warm.
