A vibrant area with lots of restaurants and bars. The building is located 5-6mins walk away from Old Street Station, however the building is a car-free development (meaning you need to give up your parking permit if you live in this building).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management responded to problems but the response time is very long.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wished i had know the quality of the property management was very sub-par before i moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to Shoreditch and all it has to offer. A bit quieter as well being enough away from City Rd. Overall good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Timely and professional although I feel like they are too stretched at times. Not their fault though.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Noise from football pitch outside of building, every weeknight especially. Doors are soundproof though.

Beautifully designed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has been somewhat complicated because of the letting agency, not so much management.

Downside: No good supermarkets anywhere around

Really great local area. Super quiet during the night, it feels safe too. Close to all main attractions too. Local station nearby too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised, the problem has been fixed immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t have a full understanding of how the heating and air con worked, had to read the guide etc. Otherwise all self explanatory. Team are really helpful so helped me understand how to book the cinema etc and gym

A top choice for Shoreditch living – The Makers is a striking, contemporary development literally next to Old St station ( 10 -12 minutes walk away from Shoreditch)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes efficient and very professional and sometime very slow. Really depends on the person you're dealing with.

I got everything I needed to know before moving in.
