Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like living here as close to bus stops, shops easy to get to anywhere, lovely people, its always mostly quiet, close to schools and lots of greenery, good for pets and nice walks, although buildings are put up quickly and very easily will things break

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The housing has always been good for me quick to respond and quick repairs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about the building work to fox the ventilation constant builders outside my flat, no privacy

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Well, a nearby restaurant would be nice and more shops would also be nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have. When our main door broke down they came to fix it in about a week.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Well I wanted to have a bigger kitchen and also have a bigger living room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The transport links are amazing! A direct train to Victoria, London Bridge and St Pancras, as well as a short bus to Morden to get the northern line, makes travelling into London very easy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The low energy bills due to the building being so well insulated! This has saved us hundreds of pounds, and we could have even gone to a cheaper provider earlier.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

A more responsive management company would be useful. Getting in touch can be troublesome

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like clarion it is good with responsive if I ever had any problems they are quick to resolve them, the only problem is my rent as I do think it's to high for a housing association property

I like that the development has improved the overall look of the area bringing lots of new parks / areas for children to go to . Very easy access to bus routes . The shop we have on site is very handy and neighbours all seem quite pleasant . Overall a nice area to live
