Maintenance team are very nice they do take some time to respond. Lift hasn’t broken for a few months straight. However there was an issue with the bins not being taken. The design of the place is still very warm within the flat but I would rather that than to hear neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range of shops walking distance is amazing. Cannons park and Edgware are close by, never really hear much from inside or outside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When sorting out my maintenance issue 3/4 of the people were polite and professional.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not all windows open and hobs are induction only. The noise really depends on the neighbours you have aswell

I like that i have a balcony. Its generally quiet but when someone shouts there is a echo so sound travels. A annoying man shouts on mobile before. Building managment have blamed me for leaks twice not my flat. Apart from that i enjoy living here no issues with neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I brought my flat of plan before it was built 2009. The flats look very nice but the development could have been built better. There seems to be alot of ongoing repairs. Lets exclude the cladding issue. Range of shop excelent, transport links excelent, community very good friendly. Parking was a big problem i finish work 10pm couldnt park my car somedsays. Thats sorted now 1 property 1 parking space.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had a leak above too ages to sort cus managment wouldnt admit it was there problem

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

By luck i chose a nice flat and neigbours quiet. not all are.

Decent development, would say its kind of small but it’s great for its value. The facilities are relatively modern with a refurbished kitchen and bathroom. I would say that the area in the complex is also safe.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Apartment is close to the local stations, there’s the high street close-by but it’s not the best. Good transport links as it’s close trains and busses. Would also say the area is relatively safe

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I knew the management take long to deal with issues and also not the best up keeping

The estate is quiet mostly, by wouldn’t safe is that safe since our car got stolen recently. There’s a great community vibe around which I like. The apartment is average sized, not too big or small. The facilities are alright but ageing, would need a refurbishment soon.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I dont like how far away from Central London the area is, quite far away. The transport is close by with good bus and train links. Area is pretty safe too

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None really can’t really complain about it, knew all the ups and downs before I moved in

The house it's alright, spacious and fits out family needs, the kitchen and bathroom are in good condition when we moved in and now. Everything is the way as it's seems and have not had any major problems so far

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area Nissan nice, off the main road so it's quite but random cars come so that's annoying you need permit to parking and onlyrics one per household

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None really everything is what I expected no major faults
