Building design and. Building facilities all are good,building management is also very co-operative,they are doing their best and also very supportive.Design are also good,all building design and flat design are beautiful and nice.Property area is also cool and best.

Transport facilities and other facilities all are good,parking area is also good and clean,clean and friendly area

Good thing is that everything is clean and neat but sometime I have issue with management they are giving reply very late but they are doing their work

What is the best feature of your home:

Flat design is very good and all our rooms are big and enough space full.

It’s really nice development with nice design, adequate facilities. The building and property management need to be a bit more responsive in terms of time, however they do their best to respond to any problem or enquiry so far. There’s only one concern about the safety and security in the area/development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very nice area with everything around within waking distance. There’s also a very convenient transportation with excellent link to central London and Heathrow AirPort.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Safety and security is a bit of an issue in the area/development.

What is the best feature of your home:

I do like the location, design and the floor plan.

Development is good security, other than parcel thieves, although we have found a fair solution with WhatsApp group and ordering to shops. My windows still haven't been cleaned which is a pity. The courtyard is nice, I did see gardener out there today.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is fine, very few local parks but a nice cafe up the road. Everything needed really for a single 31 year old man.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I might have thought twice about purchasing courtyard floor, and gone for one floor up, I don't mind being on display but it may be more difficult to sell down the line to certain families etc.

What is the best feature of your home:

Courtyard is nice, excellent transport with Hayes and Harlington Elizabeth line.

The design on interior could have been better if the allocated storage areas were bigger. There are pillers which sometimes limit the space for storage and gets difficult sometimes to think of getting things right were we could imagine. Never the less we love our new home

The area is very quiet and in very good neighborhood. It would be great if we had resident gym facilities

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To receive remote key for garage would be useful, but since we are shared ownership we didn't got one ?

What is the best feature of your home:

Energy saving, good design, and also the 3 k voucher we got with the purchase
