My flat is great! Pretty spacious and clean. The windows block out any noise which is great considering the location of the development. The flat has an AC which makes summers more comfortable however, underfloor heating has to be turned on throughout the winter as the ceiling to floor windows makes the flat colder. The actual building offers some amazing facilities such as a gym, a spa, a screening room, a rooftop garden and a fully-equipped lounge that can be rented out to host events. The staff members are brilliant, they deal with issues on time, they're friendly and trustworthy.

I wish I knew that the underfloor heating takes a while to turn on.

The best feature of the home is the views it has to offer.

The views of the city are unbeatable - it’s particularly beautiful at night time. Shops nearby are obviously handy as well as all the transportation options (tubes and buses). Nothing to dislike about this place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very central and is one block away from the river.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing bad about this place, if anything I wish I’d known how good it is!

I don't feel like I'm living in London, as I live in a quiet and safe area, it's not crowded at all. I've lived and worked in the area for 30 years and despite the numerous options of developments I chose this one as soon as it was available? The flat is huge, it has 12 floor to ceiling windows which offer panoramic views of the city. It's very bright and beautiful. The flat does need regular maintenance as the breakages are frequent for example, the swimming pool can get too hot. The building management team are very responsive which great in fact all the staff members provide excellent customer service. My neighbours are friendly and I live in a diverse community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Like - The development is very close to the River Thames which means you can go on some beautiful walks whenever you want. Dislike - Nothing

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The window cleaning regulations have changed which I don't like.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

There's nothin I would change, if there was I would move somewhere else.
