Amazing area Very good people But one thing they could've improved on is building the houses near a more quiet area My house is right behind the rail tracks and sometimes it is hard to sleep at night This is something we got used to but it would it could've been improved

Shops are nearby Good neighbourhood A lot of things are accessible which are not far away Bin collection is on point

Building management reacted quickly and did not dissapoint

That the house is really close to the rail track .

Good development no litter and maintained well. The houses are all good quality and the neighborhood gets on well with people talking all the time. The train tracks behind you might think would be too loud but I've never heard the trains so it's nice

Really good quiet area. No trouble and access to shops. The people here are friendly and the area is incredibly welcoming

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great quick and speedy. Everytime I have an issue it is sorted promptly and I'm not left chasing up

Bath is fitted with 15 ml pipes so unable to run a bath properly

Tidy, clean quiet. Bin men come early however but overall satisfactory. Local to schools shops and town centre. All aspects pretty good with good account management service when needed. Happy. All good. Big garden also and like the open plan setting.

Nice home and made my little girl Happy. Spacious and being able to have pets. Nice development and tidy

Lovely fresh design spacious kitchen and living room down stairs bathroom is a plus modern heating makes it cheaper to run the property management is very easy to use and they can be very responsive the app also makes it easier to keep track of everything

Yes when we first moved in there were a few minor issues that were resolved quickly

House poorly built, floors easy to get ruined with a bit of rain water, garden grass really poor quality and whole garden becomes a sludge everytime it rains as there is not way if draining the water. Nicely designed on the inside and appliances work fine.

Good location. Easy management. Tenants very noisy and kids playing on the street all the time in the middle of the road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have mice issues and they sent pest control but havent sent anyone to shut the holes.

That the neighbourhood is full of young kids that play unattended.

Hi Eirianna, Thank you for your feedback and for recommending us as your landlord. We’re sorry to hear that you have had some problems when moving in. We can see that you raised 7 issues when moving in, which were all passed on to the housebuilder for repair. We can see that these were all closed out promptly. We also note an issue recently raised regarding a leak in the patio doors and your comments regarding your garden. I believe the team have been in contact with you to gain more information about the patio doors. The garden doesn’t appear to have been reported to us previously, so your comment has been passed on to your Asset Manager who will be making contact with you so we can conduct a survey to ensure the drainage is performing as it should.
