The building is great, as the amenities are all brand new and the design is quite beautiful. The facilities are always available and clean (except for some appliances in the communal kitchen, but I honestly blame that more on the tenants than on the admins), the gym is fully equipped, common areas are comfortable and clean, great to hang around with friends or visitors. The admins in the building have all been really helpful, always happy to help and really friendly. I have also enjoyed the activities they have put together from time to time (although less frequently now, hopefully they'll come back) such as breakfasts, sip and paint sessions, pasta making classes, etc. Also the staff from property management have always been attentive and responsive.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a great location, as EVERYTHING is close by, not only shops and restaurants, but also places of touristic interest, such as museums, the docks, pier, important buildings and squares. The transport links are great too, as the Mersey rail station is just in front of the building, and the bus stops are also less than a hundred steps away from the front door. Since it is downtown, one of the down sides to it is that many homeless people will hang around drunk, or set up tents. It's never insecure, though, as they are not violent, but sometimes there will be a lot of litter around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always responded promptly through the correct channels of communication, and when a repair is needed, they have always shown up with a solution.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the amoung of sunlight could come in to the apartment, and how the weather affected it. Also, that there would be ongoing development at the building next door, which caused a lot of noise for about 5 months, but that is over now, it was just a temporary inconvenience.

A year ago I wrote a review, stating that we had had several incidents with the building concerning the alarms, which had gone off several times for no reason. Now everything seems to be fine. Although its price may be a bit high, it has included several amenities, such as cinema, kitchens, living rooms, gym and terrace. And it is fully furnished.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are going on two years living here, and we still think the location is amazing, it's across the street from an underground stop and it's connected to the train station. And it's an average of 8 minutes walk to anywhere in the centre, shopping centre, cinema, restaurants, shops,

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have only asked for help to solve maintenance problems and they have been quick, in our case it has been fault problems that have not been generated by us and they have solved them without us having to pay anything extra.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were not shown more options and it was explained to us if at some point of the year, there was a possibility of sunlight coming in. Especially for us who did not know the city and did not know the sun's orientation.

The building is brand new and the ammenities and common areas are nicely done and cozy. The facilities like the gym are great, with brand new and modern equipment. There are still some areas lacking finishing, and even though the fact that there are hot tubs is great, it's not very practical for them to be outside on the terrace, where they cannot be used half the time due to weather conditions. The apartments are OK, I live in a small studio which I think might be a bit overpriced, but it gets compensated because utilities are included except for electricity, the fact that they accept pets and do not charge extra for them and also it is furnished. I believe some opportunities were missed design-wise, so as to make it more space and storage efficient (few examples: the base for the bed could have drawers, the wardrobe could be integrated into the wall, and the bathroom door should open towards the outside instead of the inside). The building and property management staff have been great, always super friendly and helpful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is amazing in terms of convenience for shopping, transport and sightseeing. We are just a five-minute walk away from most main attractions in the city, shopping centres, restaurants and bus/rail stations. Being a busy part of town, it can get a bit rowdy at night, and the surrounding area might get a bit dirty from people littering. At the moment there is construction so it gets quite noisy. Hopefully it won't last long.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been some issues regarding the building alarms that need improvement in the time frame of handling these issues, and also it took quite a while for us to get access to our mailbox, since the key wasn't working. I feel the processes need revising and response times need improvement.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known there was going to be a construction site right next door, with tons of noise.

The development is very modern, with luxury facilities, it has amenities included such as a gym, terraces, jacuzzi, living rooms, work area, private kitchen to receive visitors, breakfast areas, or private offices. The apartments include furniture, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, bed, living room, television and includes water and internet.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good things, the location is excellent. The staff is very good, they are very attentive, although sometimes the response time is not adequate. The size of the apartment, studio, how the layout of the areas. It is incredible how everything is included, furniture, internet, water and amenities such as the gym, terrace, jacuzzi, rooms and kitchens to receive guests. We have compared and it is practically the same cost to live in a distant place, but cheaper, than in this place, comparing the expenses that we would not make in more distant places such as paying for transportation, invest in furnishing, pay a monthly fee for the gym to give an example. In conclusion, it has more benefits than disadvantages, it is a very nice place with a very good location, close to many restaurants and shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In our case we have had long waiting times in one aspect, we did not have a mailbox for almost 5 months, because they did not change a mailbox key that did not work. At first they had to change a part of the heater and it took about two weeks to repair it, but we never stopped having hot water. And for the rest of the requests we have had, the response has been quick. But the most What is important is that the attention of all the staff is very gentle, professional and they are very friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we would not have a window with sunlight coming in. And sometimes from the bar behind the building you can hear noise from the bar.

The design of the building is modern and clean, creating a calming environment for residents. There are quiet areas for reading and working. Property management is excellent with regular updates as to what is going on in the building and updates for the amenities that is available to us.

There’s such a variety of entertainment in the surrounding area, there’s something for everyone. Across the street is a train station and a bus stop right outside my door making travel and commuting to work easier.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently, within a matter of days.

I wish i’d have known about the apartment building sooner as i didn’t know it existed until it was recommended by a friend.
