As above. Great design, the fit and finish is amazing its like living in a high end hotel. On site management staff are very friendly and professional. We also love the way the storage and bin stores are so well laid out. The communal areas are Really clean.

Could be stuck a lovely place. No one really cares. Maintenance company mainstay deliver nothing but hot air and lies. Robbing or money and doing nothing for it. The place is looking a right mess. Gardens awful. Parking problems. Weed smokers everywhere. Nothing gets done. Really disappointed

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Absolutely appaling service from Vistry and Muse and mainstay the maintenance company. All make promises and deliver nothing. No one gets back to you. The management company mainstay are useless there place is a right mess, we still don't have a Street sign for our street a year after moving in. Useless

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They promise everything but deliver nothing but lyes. Nothing ever gets done. Waste of time and money. Wish we never touched the place

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The hidden costs. Robbing cowboys mainstay taken over by first port. Useless

Stunning development, let down by poor after sales and rude atrocious management company who are not fit for purpose.

Beautiful location and lovely apartment. We love it. But o my god you have to fight to get anything done. The after sales service has been appalling. No one owns up to be responsible for anything, muse blaming vistry who say it's mainstay the management company who should be contacted, a right old mess. The management company do bare minimum, the public use this area to let their dogs off the lead like its a public park, dogs mess every where. Litter dropped and mess left. Dodgy people parking up in residents parking smoking weed. Mainstay do nothing. The gardens residents gardens are just used by kids and are not cared for. They are a mess. Skate boarders making a nuisance of themselves on our pavements and roads, these are private gardens and roads and paid for in our every increasing mainstay management fees (which went up after 2 month moving in) totally miss sold that one. I believe all this can be rectified but it will take either muse, vistry or useless mainstay to take responsibility.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely location, shops bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is a problem. Antisocial behaviour from skateboarders. Weed smoking lags in cars parked up all day and night. People using our private gardens and roads for letting their dogs run free and mess everywhere.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

We live the property. But the parking is a problem. No real parking management just pps parking solutions on the prowel to rip its off. This should have been a gated community. We are paying for it to be but any one can use and abuse the area.

Don’t Bother

This list is endless whoever designed the building didn’t take into consideration waterside living especially the wind, roofing banging, all level doors not closing, cracked entrance doors, water leaking into the bin store, garage doors constantly breaking down causing bikes to be stolen, leaving plastic protection on the capping. As with internal problems flooring issues, veranda door hinge broken, water leaking through the window, incorrect induction hob not fitted in accordance with manufacturers instructions, scratches on balcony glass, oven damaged, front door does not protect from smoke ingress, please believe me the list is endless.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The waterside living is excellent beautiful views, however we do have issues with the development skateboarding, people parking in residence spots, dog mess not being picked up.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but been reported to NHBC awaiting response. Placed an official complaint to The English Fund (Muse Development)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d have done my homework on the builders.
