Safe, affluent and enjoyable

For a 2 bed it feels spacious and modern and everything seems designed well. The open planned kitchen is my favourite area in my house and the east facing window allows light in in the mornings. I love my balcony in the apartment which overlooks the small gardens however I know some have view of London skyline. Also I use the terrace sometimes.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like that I feel safe in the area and never felt any problems Close to town centre A little far-outside of London however not terrible of a commute.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I havent had any problems with the apartment so far

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How high council tax would be although I did know the area well

Bad quality build

The quality of the build is very bad. Many flats have had issues with the plumbing and we got a lot of leakages in the past. The building is only 7 years old, but the build quality is dreadful. The management are awful and make it difficult for the people to get in touch with them. On a different note, I like my flat, it is spacious enough for two people, which is pretty handy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is well connected to bus, tube and the train . I do my shopping at Sainsbury's, it is just down the street, 10 minutes walk away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I dislike the quality of the build. It is of very low quality.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

There are parts of the flat that could be built to a higher specification. The quality of the finishing could have been better too.

The property gets very warm in the summer and because there is no central air conditioning it is very hard to control that. Its not too spacious but it fits my needs Concierge consistently useful and polite and I feel very safe Spacious parking

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Well connected and useful as the high street is close by and the river is a really nice to have close by.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How new of a development was and some more information about the history of this building

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

A bigger garden or green space around the property.
