I wish the area had a local shop as you have to travel for the supermarket. I love the balcony as it is quite big. Despite it being right next to the secondary school it is very quiet and as I'm at work all day it doesn't bother me. Although the, when I work from home it can be annoying. I wish the sinks had better drainage. Building management are quite awful and slow to respond and often change prices without reason. However, Nick the caretaker is amazing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I likee that it is nice and quiet, living here is very peaceful. However, on one side of the development is a really lovely area but the other side is not so nice. putney heath is nearby which is useful. I use the bus but whem friends come it would be nice to have a closer tube station.

I wish I had known that there would be scafholding out of the front of the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I like that the apartment is spacious and quiet, however, there is not much storage for belongings. Living next to the school does Not bother me much at all. I do wish that there was a sainsbury's or some sort of supermarket nearer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like that its got lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. I love living near to the river and I have richmond park near. I dislike that it takes longer to get into london.

The property is extremely convenient and good for the private road. The residents also have a cut through gate for access to the bus stop. I wish that there was private parking for visitors. Building management were initially good but after 2 years they have become slower to respond.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I hate putney high street and the area really lacks restaurants and shops.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i had known that the flats were so close together.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The stairs on the property are quite steep and I wish they weren't.

At the moment the apartment is really hot and the fire safety windows only open a little bit. I love my Balcony, however, the Bedroom is a bit small and i wish i could make my living room smaller so it was bigger. It's just shy of a double room which is annoying.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I work in soho so it is really quick for me to get to work and the transport links are good. The local area is poor for amneties. The School is annoying but they aren't there half the year and I'm at work most of the time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have been good except the air filtration system has been installed wrong and all the settings do the opposite of what they are meant to do.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is not anything I wish I had known beforeach I moved in.
