Poplin - a great place to live and a perfect community to be part of! Located literally in one of the fanciest neighborhoods with lovely local shops, restaurants, pubs, bakeries and everything. All in walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team is very supportive and responsive. Always trying to listen and figure out a solution.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to everything, has pubs, restaurants and a couple of grocery stores nearby. The surroundings are very modern and clean. There isn't much road noise, even though the building is close to a big road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I never had any issue, but with whatever question I had they were always helpful.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The shared spaces a respected and kept clean.

All great aspects of living here. Lovely staff, Ellen is the best. She’s always so nice and accommodating and brings the community alive here are Poplin. Great location, room sizes and modern furniture.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responds within 10 minutes if not earlier always sorted out any issue we’ve had

The beds were king and not double, but it was fine

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartments is in a perfect location, easy access to trams/buses and trains. There’s so much to do around, with the Arndale shopping centre just a walk away, as well as cafes, restaurants and bars too. There’s a pure gym, Aldi and m&s less than a 10 minute walk away which is great. We can’t hear any noises from other flats or corridors and all the tenants and staff (Liv and Ellen) are so friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any concerns we have are resolved quickly and efficiently.

N / a everything has been explained prior to moving in, I haven’t got any concerns.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ideal location, it takes minutes to walk into the town centre where all the main shops and bars are.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There’s an app where you can raise building incidents and they always get sorted in a timely manner.

The beds here are kind sized beds, not doubles!!!!
