The location of this property is very good, having all amenities nearby. The bad point is during summer it is very hot being a glass building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very prompt in resolving any issues that arise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am probe to heat so I wish I knew how hot it will be in summer and if there are any ways to overcome that.

Center of spot , had a wonderful stay for an year now . Friendly reception . Commute and easy accessable to central London. Family can live peacefully

Friendly and always maintain professionalism . Shan , Faran always be available in reception

Development is quite decent...it has ease of access to all necessities...very close to the high street and the location has a nice buzz to it...however, the room layouts can definitely bigger and more spacious..overall its a good development to live in

The location is unbeaten. Easy access to the underground station and grocery and all other shopping needs

Haven’t had many issues but the team is responsive via phone or email

The utilities are costly here because we have to pick the only available option. We can’t shop around for the best deals

Good nearby restaurants,and all types of world cuisines are available in walkable distance, shopping malls are walkable, transport is so comfortable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Emergency response is so good but less priority issues are responded but fixed after so much time.

Small issues are addressed so late. This would have know bit before.
