Wembley Park has excellent transport links into central London, attractive open spaces, restaurants and bars, plus world-class shopping and exciting events. A safe and peaceful haven in northwest London with stylish apartments, a clean and cared for neighbourhood and friendly neighbours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very friendly, courteous, and prompt. We couldn't have asked for more.

The entire property is owned by a single landlord and they have a in-house property management team who are friendly and promptly address your concerns.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good shops, great public transport connections, quiet enough and the windows are good so barely any noise, good parking, bins always have room.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well. Whenever I let them know of anything wrong they're quick to sort it out.

The mobile reception is really aweful when there is an event on.

Good - the building js is very close to the tube station. Lidl, Sainsbury's and Asda are near by grocery store. Kid friendly area. Pubs and restaurants are near Bad - It's become very chaotic at the time of match

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are always present for our help. Issue is being resolved quickly

Building has good maintenance team, which I was not aware before moving

We are really happy living within this area and we don’t consider to move soon. The safety is really high

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is really helpful and everything is actioned under 24h.

Wembley Park is a great area! It's a lively area full of shops, bars and restaurants. There are few supermarkets, huge Asda and even a theatre! There is also a tube station, so with Metropolitan/Jubilee you'll need 15min to be in Baker Street! Parking in the area is not great unless you have the parking space included with your accommodation, although there are cheap options for visitors. Area is really clean and well maintained.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Extremely helpful. Any request I had was always addressed immediately or the very next day.

If you have guests, you will need to get down to concierge to take them. You can let them in the building via intercom, but they will not be able to enter the lift area without a key.
