Best Property in Wembley Park

By far the best property in the Wembley Park area with large floor plans, a very friendly property management team and landlord, good parking facilities, a private green area, 24/7 concierge, and easy access to tube stations, shops, restaurants, mall, stadium and events arena.

Wembley Park has excellent transport links into central London, attractive open spaces, restaurants and bars, plus world-class shopping and exciting events. A safe and peaceful haven in northwest London with stylish apartments, a clean and cared for neighbourhood and friendly neighbours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very friendly, courteous, and prompt. We couldn't have asked for more.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The entire property is owned by a single landlord and they have a in-house property management team who are friendly and promptly address your concerns.

The facilities are great. The gym is super handy to have. Parking being directly accessible by the lift is very good. Balconies are a nice addition. Property management has been helpful every time I've needed something. I think it's the best looking building in Wembley park. All the new ones are just rectangles.

Good shops, great public transport connections, quiet enough and the windows are good so barely any noise, good parking, bins always have room.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well. Whenever I let them know of anything wrong they're quick to sort it out.

The mobile reception is really aweful when there is an event on.

Building management is good, there is always management team available for help. The building is always neat and clean. I like the flats its spacious with good furniture. We have Gym in the building and Open terrace. 24*7 concierge available for help

Good - the building js is very close to the tube station. Lidl, Sainsbury's and Asda are near by grocery store. Kid friendly area. Pubs and restaurants are near Bad - It's become very chaotic at the time of match

Yes, they are always present for our help. Issue is being resolved quickly

Building has good maintenance team, which I was not aware before moving

We ‘ve been living for 2 years and we are more than happy. Everyone is really helpful within our building. We are not planning to move out soon due to the services are provided within our building. The design and facilities inside our flat are really high standard.

Great development in the heart of Wembley Park!

Pinnacle Tower is positioned really good within Wembley Park. You need 5min to the tube station or 10-15min to Wembley Stadium train station. Building design is well thought, and even though it was one of the first buildings in the area it still looks super modern. There is a gym for residents in the building, open 24 hours and really well equipped. All the equipment is working properly and it's never too busy. Building is kept clean all the time and carpets in hallways are vacuumed on a weekly basis. There is reception/concierge area and guys working there are super helpful. Building and property managers are really great - if there are any issues or requests they will do their best to accommodate it the same day, even if it's not something urgent. They are very responsive and helpful, and will try to make your stay as best as possible.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wembley Park is a great area! It's a lively area full of shops, bars and restaurants. There are few supermarkets, huge Asda and even a theatre! There is also a tube station, so with Metropolitan/Jubilee you'll need 15min to be in Baker Street! Parking in the area is not great unless you have the parking space included with your accommodation, although there are cheap options for visitors. Area is really clean and well maintained.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Extremely helpful. Any request I had was always addressed immediately or the very next day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you have guests, you will need to get down to concierge to take them. You can let them in the building via intercom, but they will not be able to enter the lift area without a key.
