Pleasant Place to live

The overall design of the flats is very good. However there is no lift facilities which can sometimes be a burden. However there is some acoustic issues in-between the blocks. For example of someone is playing loud music on their balcony 2 blocks away you can here this down the road due to the way the sound bounces off the buildings.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local amenities and shops are good, for example have own spar for estate. Have a good social area outside and community centre. There is fantastic bus service.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is a high buliding management fee. Think additional services should be included for example cleaning of balcony windows

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking. There are some areas of wasted space which could be used as additional parking facilities.

A lovely place to live

The area is beautiful, clean and very well designed. The location is amazing and I feel very lucky to live in such a beautiful, well-connected place. I'm not sure the management of the development is that great, our fourth-floor flat has no access to a lift (which suggests poor design choices), and many residents misuse the bins. There's no option to change service providers, and EON is terrible to deal with, which is unfortunate. There are also issues around parking; the designers have gone for aesthetics over practicality. These are niggling things; I am very happy living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Likes: the location, the amenities, transport links, design, views. Dislikes: residents' use of waste disposal, parking, lack of lift in building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Changing service providers, the management of the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The size, if I could! I'd also have a lift installed, somehow!

Modern, spacious, and clean

Overall it’s very modern, spacious, and lots of nice neighbours. Buildings and the estate are well managed. There are sufficient facilities. Unfortunately, there isn’t great amounts of parking and sometimes people don’t use the bins very well, although this isn’t always an issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

its Very close to Brixton, Stockwell, and Oval. We don’t like that it’s not always very quiet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a great community Facebook group!

What is the best feature of your home:

Open planned, modern, well decorated, balcony, good sized living space

Modern, green, great view but expensive

I really enjoyed living there but it was very expensive. The design was very modern and new-build and good balance of adding greenery into zone 2 London. Location was great and the view was fantastic. Also lots of bus routes very close, a bit of a walk to tubes but I prefer the bus anyway, very well connected. The flats were perhaps a little small, but to be expected for London. The communal green and park was nice to add a sense of community but sometimes it got gatecrashed by teenagers (and adults!) throwing parties. Overall loved the flat and the area but definitely a stretch on our budget.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great, a great view of the London skyline. The furnishings are modern and the overall development is kept clean. I disliked the price, very expensive. There was a lot of overspill from Brixton, many parties in the green. It was also weirdly very dusty!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We didnt directly speak to building management as we sub let a room from another tenant.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It's a great location, with amazing skylines so don't be disappointed when it's a 20 min walk to a tube stop, the bus is just as quick and much nicer!

Great location but cheap construction

Ian (Owner)

Modern design but the two bed flats are very dark due to only having one side of natural light. The building and property management have changed hands from a superbly managed estate to an averagely managed estate. The flooring is of wooden construction. as a result all footsteps are audible and very annouying.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location for local transport links and amenities.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish had was made aware of the wooden flooring used in this cheaply made building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The quality of the build and the the awful management company.
