The development is lovely, it hasn’t been completed yet. Network homes are quite slow at get back to us with any issues. Still having trouble getting issues fixed that were raised over a year ago. Once the issue has been raised with Croudace, Croudace will always fix it quickly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a great location. It is next to a park, a row of shops and 10 min walk from the station. There are 2 pubs near by which is lovely. It’s a 25 min walk into town. I wish it was a tiny bit closer to town as this is where all the shops and restaurants are but all the other amenities make up for it. Our house is in front of the main road, it is annoying hearing the cars go by and kids going to the school opposite during peak times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is great to be one of the first to move in, as the builders are on sight, things can get fixed quickly

What is the best feature of your home:

Solar panels, hive heating, insulated walls which keeps it cool in summer, warm in winter.
