Building management needs improvement

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Supermarket nearby, but there are no many restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As mentioned, the management has taken a year to label the right electricity meter. Honestly it's quite frustrating. But then that, it's good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure you have got the right electricity meter labelled, and make sure the electricity company knows about it. The building has their apartment shuffled previously, that's why there has been quite a mess for some people!

Modern living

Eunice L (Tenant)

Verified Resident

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at No. 1 Old Trafford is amazing. It has a very convenient shopping city nearby, ie. White City Retail Park, which contains a lot of family household things you want to buy. M&S, Aldi, Homebargin, Currys, Bension for Beds, Costa, Nando's and the other brand-named shops support your daily living. Transportation is very good. Tram station is about 1 minute from the building. Bus stops are also right out the premise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

After storm Eunice damaged the front door of the premise, the managing company opened the carpark entrance for residents to use. It showed the building management is up to normal standard and meets the needs of residents. However, I hope the front door of property entrance can be replaced within two to three weeks so that it can reduce further accident for residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is not enough car park spaces beside the building. People need to park the cars nearby.
