Overall good apartments

Holly R (Tenant)

Sept 2021

Good layout inside the flats and good open plan kitchens. Nice big windows let in lots of light and nice modern bathrooms with a bath. Down side is one of the lifts is almost always broken down so there is only one so often have to wait ages for it to come and also the main doors often break so there is a lack of security when they are broken

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good range of shops and restaurants and good transport links to London

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When the lifts break they are usually fixed eventually but then they often break again!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The wifi signal isn’t the best so it is sometimes quite slow and also the choice of wifi provider is very limited so there isn’t much choice or chance to find a cheaper alternative

The apartment is well built and built with good long lasting materials to help maximise its potential. I love the layout of my flat specifically. 15 mins from cental london is always a bonus and all problems with the devlopment are fixed as soon as possible which is convenient.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Been living here a ong time and the area is kept clean and quiet for local residents. The nightlife is nice and the transport links are always very useful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, lived here for a while.

1 bed spacious and fits me and my partner. Easy to furnish and and hang portraits. The building management are good and the apartments are family friendly and suitable to each and every family types considering living here. Parking is the only negative about the area

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops are near to the station and everything is nearby. Transport is good and there is a good sense of communuty in the area.

One bedroom apartment which suits me well and the building management here is good, all problems sorted out within 24 hours. Good sense of community and the design of building is very nice. Shops are not the best for clothes or big shopping trips but other than that, not a bad word to say about the development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Okay but the council flats on the other side of the area is not ideal but the transpirt is good to work amd central london

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing.

This area is absolutely amazing for the transport especially into central London as it literally takes 15 minutes from the train which is a 1 minute walk from the building, the shopping facilities are amazing you can get everything you want and need within minutes of your doorstep, there is a Tesco 1 minute walk away the Wetherspoons pub is across the traffic lights and the cinema is a 3 minute walk away, the only downside is that the apartments aren't the biggest but they are very practical if you are living alone the facilities inside the property are beautiful and designed very well, i like the functionality of it all. There is parking at the rear of the property as well as the front so i don't think there is any issues with that at all.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The things i like abput this area are how amazingly close the transport is to the building, things i dislike about this area is the lack of sunlight to the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only thing i wish i had known would have to be the lack of sun that reaches the building due to the building in front.
