Great area, close to amenities such as sainsburys, jd gyms, Costa coffee, co op is just down the road a long with a nice beer house

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly, I had a problem with the transition from my kitchen to the bathroom and was fixed within hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They provided a lot of information and I had a thorough look around the site so can’t think of anything I wish I had known before

I have to shout out to the staff here. They are absolute legends! Really helped me every step of the way and are super nice and friendly. I would recommend 100%

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. And sorted straight away .. I asked for master bed to be moved. They did. My bad. Needed it back and they have sorted it super quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good. It’s clean. And super dog friendly. Car parking spaces good size and secure

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is quiet and nice with good access to public transport and high-quality restaurants and bars as it is near the city center. Also, there is a Co-Op store in the residential area and a large Sainsbury’s store nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have tried to address any problems or issues as soon as possible. Their residential app provides access to the on-site maintenance team which is perfect.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area is cozy and beautiful, and you will not understand it until you live in the apartments.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are lots of local shops and places to eat, as well as two train stations in walking distance. A very practical location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very quickly and communicated when they are coming into the flat and what needed to be fixed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parcel room rules would have been useful as there have been issues, but as said previously this has been improving

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good, easy to get into town great location. Local transport very good and easy to get around. Nice area with great selection of bars and restaurants
