Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local shops are alright, but they cater to very basic needs. I often find myself ordering groceries online for a better selection. Unfortunately, we don't have any big parks or green spaces nearby, and the small park we do have is not well maintained, especially the tennis court, which is in extremely terrible shape. Transport links are decent because we're close to the university. On my street, things are generally good. Parking is plentiful. Bin collections are reliable and on time. Fortunately, we don't experience much anti-social behavior, and traffic noise is minimal. Overall, it's a decent area.

Not really.... it is what i expected, both pros and cons.

What is the best feature of your home:

Spacious rooms and a lovely garden. And I particularly love the skylights.

There is a park nearby we have local shops near by. It’s a peaceful place to live in. Amazing parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded to all the problems we have had in the past.

I wish I knew that there was a park right next to us

Local shops near, very convenient. Anti-social behaviour & break ins around area quite frequently, not good.

New builds look nice on the outside, but more trouble than what there worth. Prefer older houses, much better.

This area is perfect for living with a family as there's public transport, a primary school, universities, restaurants, parks and other conveniences within walking distance.

Neighbours can be heard sometimes if they're being loud.

Our area is very near to the town center and it makes it easier to access shops and restaurants. However, there are less shops closer to where we live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They quickly take into account your complaint and make sure that the situation is sorted out.

The amount of traffic and loud noises outside the window
