There are a range of services available in the area. Including multiple shops and a number of transport routes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded well to the issues I have raised.

There is a lot to do in this area. There are several clubs at the local parks.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects of our area currently is the availability of parks for children. There are two nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to understand our frustration when it came to understanding the land ratio.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The distance from schools is something we did not know about when coming to our new home.

There’s no bads everything is good about living in this area everything is quiet/colourful/peaceful/I like the vibe aswell as there are always some little kids playing football:)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems or issues were raised or made so I’m very happy about it:)

That my garden would been like a hill and I wouldn’t of bought the house

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Sinfin has been known to not be the best suburb in Derby, very multicultural and run down area, this development has attempted to attract money into Sinfin and i think it has worked in some ways, the development is not in a rough part at all, only 5 minute drive to the supermarket and bus links to the city centre, a couple good restaurants nearby also. I am lucky to have good friendly neighbours, we have had problems with children being bored and playing football on private drives and roads but this is due to the builders and council not opening up the newly built park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very poorly, after a complaint they resolved one issue but the same issue happened again and all i got was a "sorry that's happened, its disappointing" they don't learn from their mistakes and don't follow through with their promises.

I wish i had visited other Davidsons site's to get a feel of how the builders work.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is very close by walking and transport distance. Local bus runs every 20 min. Lots of walking area’s. Beautiful scenic views. A38 and A50 just 5 minutes away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded in timely manner. Work completed within time frames given.
