The development is a bit upside down and not greatly organised

The development is a bit upside down and not greatly organised. Lots of us have been in nearly a year with no paths or street lamps. Its dangerous when walking home of a night. When speaking to the development they blame the housing association, when speaking to the association they blame the developers. Same as street names not up yet.

It's a great area to live, close to the train station and local bus links. It's a nice area and I'm enjoying it

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything was pretty self explained when ready the lease terms just I wish they listed everything that was gifts

What is the best feature of your home:

My garden is lovely but it's hard to know what you can and can't do. They say no you can't change but on the flipside when it breaks its gifted....

Good, very nearly great!

Property management has been very good. The personnel are great and very accommodating. The design is good but I would have preferred a well over the staircase to make a big main bedroom. The bin facilities are a bit limited and they are poorly designed as we have to bump them down a set of steps at an awkward angle.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love deal and Walter as there’s so much cultural intersects and family attractions. The beach isn’t far away and the road connections are great. And then the continent is close by too.

What is the best feature of your home:

The quality and individuality of the builds. The location - but that’s personal to me.

Buying on a Sunningdale site

Again everything is all good apart from the finishing touches. People have topped over and when questioned about street lights, finished pathways, finished roads, no street signs we get told is a west kent housing issue. Then west kent say is a Sunningdale issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area and location. Very disappointed that we still don't have street lights, finished pathways, finished roads, no street signs and this is after being here nearly year.

The delay in street lights, finished pathways, finished roads, no street signs and this is after being here nearly year.

What is the best feature of your home:

The extras you get. Then told they are gift so it's our responsibility

the development and developers have suffered as a result of brexit and covid the development is making slow progress cest la vie. there is no management contract in place yet so we have no street lighting which isn't a problem for me per so the house and garden is lovely and I'm very happy here.

i am the first resident on the estate as the home that i live in was the one for me. i consider myself privileged and lucky. it is a beautiful home at an excellent location.

the dust following construction i expected construction noise but dust is everywhere

What is the best feature of your home:

the fact that it is a detatched two bedroom house with beautiful sacious gardens the back garden is south facing abd i have a downstairs loo xxx

Spacious design and well thought out. Outdoor plug would have been appreciated. 2 good size bedrooms with one built in wardrobe. Snagging done in a timely manner. Bt open reach hard to get hold of to initiate an internet connection. Building works very rarely heard which is nice.

Local shops are lovely. On the bus route, close to the train station. Lots of parking availability. No noise pollution

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Had to wait approx 6 weeks for hun collection by council but sunningdale took our rubbish until then. Bt open reach took about 8 weeks so no wifi for 8 weeks.

What is the best feature of your home:

My garden is beautiful and the bathrooms are stunning. The kitchen is also amazing!
