Beautiful inside with feels very spacious and there are high ceilings and very wide windows. Really good temperature control so is never too hot or cold. Concierge is very helpful and there are always people at reception.

Very nice area very connected area theres a lot to do very convenient very close

No felt very informed only thing is that the garbage is down the stairs which is sometimes inconvenient

No everything is as expected and felt very informed before hand

Good apartment near West End

The building is very nice. Modern design, big flat. Unfortunately they don't keep it clean enough outside, the windows could do with a regular clean. Also, if you do a lot of cooking, the exhaust system in the kitchen is not amazing and it takes a while for cooking smells to dissipate.

The building is ideally located near the West End. The only issue is parking.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I live with my daughter and she moved here so I had no choice!

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

We cook a lot and I would have to say the ventilation /exhaust could be better.
