As an architect, I was drawn to the apartment’s great layout, brand-new design, natural light, excellent facilities and pet-friendly environment. We have lived here for almost four years and love it! The new building management company is great and on top of everything.

We chose Battersea for its lovely area close to work, the park (as we are runners and have a dog), and all the nice bars, restaurants, and shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is very keen to respond and resolve issues as soon as possible.

The concierge team is lovely and always prompt in helping the residents.

The management and facilities are decent. In case any issue arises, they deal instantly with it. Pleased with the overall facilities. Had some issues with minor leakages but it has been resolved instantly. Would recommend this development. The design is also great

Overall excellent but some noise from railroads. The connections are decent. Management is very responsible and reliable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dealt with it instantly, no major problems though.

The railroad noise, sometimes some noise from The Lottie’s unloading for Sainsbury’s.

Best place to live in central London

The apartment we live is amazing! Very spacious and bright, with breathtaking views. We couldn't find any other apartment this spacious and build quality. Windows are tripple glazed, keeping the apartment warm and quiet. The staff is also amazing, especially Nick and Darek, who are extremely thoughtful and helpful. When we moved in, the building was looking like it could had been more well maintained. Since then, Darek and the management team are really turning things around. The lobby got new furniture, walls got repainted and common areas have been consistently cleaned. Any issues that arise, the team take prompt action and are always available and willing to help.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Best place to live in central London! The building is perfectly located at less than 5min walk to Battersea Park and 2 train stations and less than 10min walk to Battersea Power Station (which is connected by the Nothern Line). We basically can get anywhere very easily, being 1 station away from Victoria, Clapham Junction and Waterloo. The park is simply amazing, and having it as our backyard makes it perfect.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management team are always available and respond promptly to any issues that arise, taking prompt action to resolve.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing to share here. The state agent were very helpful and informative about the development. One good surprise was that we didn't need to turn on the heat constantly, given the triple glazed windows keep the apartment warm during the winter, saming us good money.

I adore it, beautifully built and great facilities! The development team are all lovely and super accommodating. I love the proximity to the park and the station. Basically have felt like I’m living in my own sit com series and I love it! Would defo recommend

Adore the area and building, only thing that took getting used to is the proximity to the train station

It’s been very quick and efficient, and the team always seem happy to help

Property / building management are amazing!! So so helpful, responsive and super courteous. The design of the building is great. I will say my flat in m particular is a little bit of an odd shape but generally really love living in it. Super modern flat and amenities.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is situated in such an amazing area. 5 min walk to Battersea power station and Battersea park & a 1 min walk to Battersea park station. There’s not really any parking around but this doesn’t affect me as I don’t drive. Area feels generally pretty safe but you do get the daily homeless man near the development but most are relatively harmless.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they’ve been great. Our dishwasher wasn’t working and they were super quick to fix this without any hassle to us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew just how amazing the location was! It’s honestly such a convenient location.
