You can put more flowers will be so beautiful and also any playground will be nice for kids and parents. I thing this nice area will be more recommend ed if you make this. And more green trees, the Putney will be more popular with this beautiful things

Putney is my favourite area, quite and nice, i am happy to live there

Well managed, excellent concierge service who are attentive. Very good all round, good facilities and design. Can't comment on community really. Little more to say about this accommodation, no hidden secrets.

Great options in terms of transport, restaurants, bars, cafes + shops. On High Street some shops aren't great.

Yeah, great response always. No issues with them at all.

Nothing at all, building is all round great so no complaints.

Quality is OK, nothing special. Great facilties, concierge servive excellent and 24h excellent. Nice garden, simple. Terrace good only for view really. Sense of community generally reflective of London. Expensive and rent increases year by year.

Great transport and shops, district line bad though.

They are responsive, we will see if lasts as a new building.

Modern and functional, with Mod-cons such underfloor heating etc., but overpriced. Poor finish. Homeless people drinking smoking by entrance increasingly. Hollow feeling, lack of actual substance, superficial to an extent with cheap finish. Nice flat but with issues, noisy and practical issues (leaky pipes).

Great area obviously, but overrated. Putney is safe, butgetting worse.

People drinking and smoking near entrance.

Great location for travel and shopping, good river views from above 7 floors. Nice people, high end place and great service by management. Some design flaws (high bathroom mirrors) and terrace could be nicer.

They are very useful, good as gold but ive made no complaints.

The design is not great, the bathroom mirror starts at 5 ft 2 which is too high
