A great space in a great city

Design is great, green theme looks fanstastic especially in the summer months. Some great green space to match it too. The gym and cinema are fantastic but the cinema is down quite a lot unfortunately. The gym has lots of bikes and a tv for classes but this isn’t utilised enough by management, eg there are no spin classes when there is clearly facilities for that.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here is good. There are some good restaurants ~10/15minute walk away. Not the best spot to live for those with disabilities; one side of the building has no ramp. The Bin collections seem to be fine as the bin chute has never been offline due to overflow. There is local parking spots and some apartments come with a parking space for a fee. There is some traffic noise for apartments with balconies aiming out of the complex, but as our balcony aims into the complex it’s quite peaceful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not every apartment has it’s own private parking space.

What is the best feature of your home:

The balcony, the gym and the cinema. Pet friendly too!

The facilities are good and well maintained. The gym could be bigger as it does get busy, but the staff who work at reception are incredibly helpful and always reply to WhatsApp messages quickly. Building management do take a long time to repair things once they have been reported, so there could be a better system in place for this.

Good location. Very close to town and Spinningfields. Blackfriar pub is excellent for food and has a great beer garden, although this can get a bit loud in the summer.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we would have known how difficult it is to get things repaired. Parking also is a bit of a nightmare.

What is the best feature of your home:

Modern features and lots of storage space. The facilities and grounds are also well maintained.

The design of the apartment is amazing. Facilities are great everything the staff very friendly mail retrieval super easy. Whatsapp messages replied to super fast. Property management is not good at all it takes weeks for anything to get fixed properly nothing is responded to quickly.

Range of shops and restaurant is amazing as right in the centre of town. Parking availability isn’t so great and hard to find spaces. Anti social behaviour around the back of the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known there was no parking available. And the process in which to get things repaired.

What is the best feature of your home:

The layout, area and the balcony are great aspects of the home.

really nice apartments in a great area for amenities and travel, gym onsite and also a cinema room are great features too, 24 hour staff onsite also! there isn’t a lot of noise pollution outside which is pretty decent, the windows are nice and thick so you don’t hear anything even if there was

Travel links are close by, parking onsite but that’s at a cost of course, bin rooms are always clean, bin chutes are sometimes messy due to gross tenants but what can you do lol, gym and cinema room are also always pristine

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d like to have known about the screaming kids next door running up and down the hallway

I’d say my room I guess? I used to be in block A and my room was tiny but I’m in block B now

Lovely building and grounds, the gym is good and concierge/staff are all super friendly. The property has a great layout and has lots of storage including built in wardrobes. I love the balcony space! Wish the co working/communal space was better/bigger with more seats and facilities. Urban bubble are not good and don’t respond/help quickly. One lift in block A has been broken for ages which is quite inconvenient.

Great proximity to town center and restaurants, there is ample parking around the area in the form of car parks but not any free parking sadly. There are small shops really close and a lidl a 10 minute walk away. Sadly it’s classed as Salford so a very epensive council tax area!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the council tax office takes ages to respond so you end up racking up a large bill before paying it. I also would have liked to know that you need to speak to concierge staff in advance for large parcels/moving the barriers when you want to park close to the building.

What is the best feature of your home:

The balcony is a great feature and every apartment has one, the living/kitchen space is bright and large, the free gym is a great anddition and the staff are so kind and helpful.
