The houses are built in a reasonable manner

Pop lowe (Owner)

The houses are built in a reasonable manner but you might find some houses which are just new builds they look amazing from outside there’s a leisure centre just around the corner from the new block of flats it’s a wonderful area full of trees and greenery

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s okay it’s nice we live in the middle of a lot of places schools bus stops shops and even streatham hill. I don’t like having to walk for long periods of time to get to my destination also there are a lot of pot holes in the roads and pavements so watch where your walking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If there is any issues he will come out make sure everything’s okay and in working condition, so he’s a great kind gentleman.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some of the neighbours are a bit loud and oblivious to the rest of the community which sometimes can be quite annoying. But in overall it’s a beautiful place to take the kids out it’s amazing.

Well designed BUT shocking developer

Well designed but extremely bad developer - poor choice of contractors (unfinished and missing materials), poor quality fixtures and fittings (that had to be replaced), no quality control (endless snags) and shocking aftercare service and management.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenience shops nearby no issues with anti-social behaviour since moved in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That Featherstones would have made last year full of arguments over snags

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Featherstones - The Developer; they build cheap and without care but pretend it is a premium product
