Allison homes have designed and built modern well designed practical bungalows which are well suited for families or older residents. The site layout is very spacious with large open green areas which enhance the quality of life. The bungalow has been built to a very high standard.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Horncastle is a traditional small market town which benefits from a broad range of shops. Most of these are independent traders who have been here for many years. Russell danby drive development sits on the edge of the Lincolnshire wolds with easy access to enjoy the rural surroundings . Local facilities are excellent which are provided by Horncastle town council.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Moving to a new area is always difficult because you never know who your new neighbours will be. As the site develops it would would be great if Allison homes could provide a social event to meet the new neighbours .

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature is is a well designed and equipped bungalow on a large plot.
