The area is fine but the only thing is thst there is lack of cleanliness in this area. The flat is very spacious and there is a good sense of community in this building. The concierge in this building is very good aswell.

There are lots of shops nearby except from Asda

I already knew about this place because previous friends had already informed me

The design is ok, looking a but like a student accommodation but it is well maintained.

In terms of facilities, they are lacking because all we have here is a concierge which yes, is good but there is no gym, nothing. The design is ok, looking a but like a student accommodation but it is well maintained. I would like to also say thank you to Ana and Shaddae for assisting me with this survey!

I like the point that lots of shops and transportation links are close by to the development

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i was more aware of the location as i am quite disappointed at how poorly the streets are
