Property management seems on the whole quite good.

Parking facilities are bad. Only one guest space for whole development and nowhere to park elsewhere without getting a ticket. Overall look and design of building is nice. Balcony’s first all flats, a lot looking out over green spaces. Property management seems on the whole quite good.

Great transport links, 2 min walk from station. Close to lots of basic shops.

Bad parking for guests

It would be great if the balcony was bigger. Large enough to fit table and chairs.

In general the fact that the aparment is very large and spacious makes it a great value for money. Similarly, the excellent security systems in place ensured by the use of fobs makes the area a safe place to live.

The area is beautifully green and has numerous pubs around. One problem highlighted is that the area has a lot of traffic.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One problem identified was the cost of service charge and its increment every year substantially.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of the home is the big living room and kitchen

It's quite new and modern property and area, out of the way of noise pollution. There's only one driveway which can get a bit crowded some times as there used to be less people here but more have moved over. I have been here a year and have not had any issues or problems.

The area is pretty quiet and away from the city with no noise.

Lovely area, not enough parking spaces

The building is in good conditions, Relatively recent and well designed. The flat has a nice layout, and lots of storage space. It is warm in winter, and in summer it gets quite warm but there is lots of windows so it's very well heated. The rent could be a bit cheaper and there could be more visitor parking spaces.

The tube station is very close as well as the main shops and amenities. The area is very safe and quite, and the neighbours are friendly and reserved.

There is only one vistor parking space within the entire development

The rent could be a bit cheaper and there could be more visitor parking spaces

The apartment is very large snd spacious. What is great about the area is that it is child friendly with parks located very close to the property. In general the area is very safe and no known incidents were mentioned. A gym would be nice and a concierge to collect mail.

The building does not have enough guest parking. The area is very communal and the building is brand new.

One thing the tenant wished they knew about was that the parking spaces were limited
