Highbury Square, N5 is a unique development built from the historic Highbury Stadium, home to Arsenal Football Club from 1913-2006. Although officially referred to as Arsenal Stadium, the ground was more commonly known to fans as Highbury. Developed by Frasers Property, the scheme now comprises 711 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. These were built around what was once the hallowed turf of the famous stadium. The pitch now forms the communal gardens for the site, which many people refer to as 'Highbury Stadium Square'. The listed East and West stands were redeveloped as flats, while the Clock End and North Bank stands were demolished to make way for brand new apartments. Buyers interested in flats for sale in Highbury Square can read resident reviews of the development below. Potential tenants looking for Highbury Square apartments for rent will also find useful information in our verified resident reviews. These include ratings on management, value for money and facilities at the scheme. Highbury Square is located in Islington, close to Arsenal Underground station and just north of the football club's new stadium The Emirates.

It's very Central and the buses are great, easy access. It's really annoying they shut gates at 7. So we have to walk around. The garden is nice, great view also the residents are friendly. It can be noisy at night.

It's really quiet, really safe, good achess to the tube station. Really respectful neighbors. The design is good, there are good caretakers that look after us. The concierge are polite, there when you need them.

I like it because it's enclosed. The doors are not always locked.

Very clean

It's very clean and well maintained but noisy. Especially when kids are playing in the area the sound bounces everywhere. I like the flat and there's good concierge service. I wish there was better use of the garden. Security is very good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great transportation, Victoria and Piccadilly line. Lots of buses. Around Arsenal not much, wish there was more places to eat and more local groceries.
