The area is poor - not much to do or see but it’s very quick to get into central london however the park and lakes are a real treasure.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It was difficult to work with our landlord and estate agents, but we’ve quickly been coming to a better point in the road with them. The help from one agent in particular has been amazing.

What is the best feature of your home:

Balcony is an awesome feature in our particular flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not much in the area in terms of nice bars and restaurants however you couldn't be closer to the tube. Victoria line cuts through London rapid.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They fixed the shower which was not draining properly

The area is a little sketchy but as you're right next to the tube it's absolutely fine

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is currently a lot of construction which is quite disruptive. There is a new development so there should be some new retail spaces but until then there is only the large retail park which doesn’t have good restaurants etc. it would be good to have a great cafe, restaurant, bar, card shop etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My snagging concerns have not been addressed or fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Organise wifi before you move. The access security is good. The higher up you get, the windier it is. It’s bigger than you realise.

Location wise - it is great place. And planning inside of the apartment is great. Green area around is also good thing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far issues are not fixed. Bureaucrats are just showing their “deep concerns”

that developer is not taking responsibility for what they done

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good range of shops for basic amenities nearby which is very convenient. Super close to the tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They will look for solutions and inform residents of outcomes via dedicated all for residents

The apartments have underfloor heating which can be controlled separately in each room
