Everything is spot on, kitchen area is small but that is what we signed up for. Really happy with everything. Parking is all okay. Everything you need it within walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and politely. Communication is very good

Wish I knew how steep the hill was. Didn’t take much notice before

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Headingley area is lovely, we have our gym 10 minutes away from our place, supermarkets, and coffee shops. As a student, being close to the University is ideal and having Hyde Park to have a run on Saturdays is our favorite thing. Even when we are close to Headingley Lane and therefore otley runners, we have the possibility to avoid any inconvenience through the main entrance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We always have are enquiries answered, people are really nice to us and they seem happy doing their jobs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To us, this has been a transparent way of renting in the UK, no surprises like in other agencies, no additional costs half way through the process.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect as you’re a few minutes walk from Headingley and close to several bus stops / Burley park station to get into the city centre easily. Lots of nearby shops, pubs, restaurants but in the development itself is quiet and set back from all this so feels like a safe place to live. It’s nice being able to open the Juliette balcony doors on hot days although a proper balcony would be even better. Buildings are all very clean and well maintained.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management are really friendly and helpful, quick to respond to emails and deal with maintenance requests promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Any guests with a vehicle need to pay for visitor parking but this is pretty cheap and more secure than on street parking. Also the apartments can get very hot during summer but definitely not the hottest flat I’ve lived in.
