I have lived here for the past two years, and the facilities are great. The coworking space is very modern and comfortable. The property management team is reliable, friendly, and always happy to help. The flats are all modern with new fixtures, which makes maintaining them very easy. I recommend this place with my eyes closed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Headingley Park is great. It's very close to Headingley and the amenities that the area offers. It's close to three different Sainsbury's and one One Stop. Also, if you like exercising outdoors, it's close to Burley Park, Hyde Park, and Meanwood Park. It's very well connected to the city centre and Headingley. Two bus stops are close by, and six options are available to get into town. I don't have a car, so it's hard to give feedback on that, but there is parking available for residents; you can include that on your monthly rent. It's very quite in this area, even though it's close to the main road, you don't hear a lot of noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been available and will get back to you very fast. They always get back to you with a timeframe on when they can solve any issues/problems. They are extremely reliable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that it is pretty much a gated community; I think that is such a strong point for safety that I recommend they advertise more.

The building is well structured and also have lots of greenery. There is a garden area too. Well planned and secured property. They have enough parking space and also staff for immediate assistance. They double glazed windows and have specific location for garbage. Surprisingly it never smells bad and I think they always clean the surroundings

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best thing about the property is that it's next to the main road and still is very calm and quiet cause of its well planned building structure. Shops, pubs and also the Headingley cricket and Rugby stadium are nearby and has a great atmosphere

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

100 percent! They have been very polite and instantly resolved our concerns

There are only warm lights everywhere and not the Tubelight. Also the management allows big pets as well so can be bit intimidating for people are not into pets.

Great apartments close to the centre

The development is a great place to live with nicely furnished apartments which are great to live in with lots or functionality. The property management is super with any issues fixed immediately and they are very friendly to deal with. Parking and the surrounding grounds are also all good however some upkeep does need doing in bits.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very well connected and friendly being close to Leeds City Centre and public transport. The train station is also very nearby and there are plenty of bars and restaurants too. There are also a variety of nice walks and green spaces and we have ways felt very safe living here. I'd also say that it is quite a quiet area considering its location and how close it is to the student area. The main issue with location is that it can be a little run down at times especially when the students move out of the surrounding areas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, any issues we have ever had have bee responded to very quickly and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we had known about how hot the apartments can get in the summer.

The building design is modern and quite plain inside the flat but has everything that you need. If there is ever a problem just contact reception and they will get the onsite handyman to come and look at your problem usually the same day and get it fixed within a couple days.

Very well placed with a 5 minute walk to headingley shopping centre and a small drive into the city centre. Parking is readily available on site although at a cost per mo th. The site is secluded so very quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yeah always they have come the same day and had it fixed within two days

The gas and water price is included in the rent payment and electric is on a meter so you can’t choose your own supplier if is the same for internet

The building management is good, they respond quickly to messages and sort any issues. The facilities are okay, it is good they offer weekly yoga but it would be great if there was a gym as similar valued developments do. A negative is when I moved in there is free short guest parking which has now been removed so you have to park on the street.

Good area to live in as it is close to transport links to town, it is also walkable. It is a 10 minute walk into headingley which has shops, bars and a gym etc. It is in a student area so the streets can be messy for example broken glass and rubbish but usually not too bad

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always reply quickly to issues / messages and resolve them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the free guest parking would be removed, I often need help from family visiting and the street parking isn’t the safest.
