There is many shops around such as the cooperative, there is many cafes, parks and good parking in the area.

I don’t like the front door locks, with having a young child there not very suitable.

Nice and quite area to live within hardly and to no traffic noise

Lack of parking spaces

Nice and quiet, lovely neighbours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had a couple of problems & they were resolved pretty much asap

The location of the site is in good area for shops and pubs. The street we live on is very tight and hard to reverse of of the drive if another car is parked on the road. We are currently surrounded by social who only have one car parking space which again is not good for parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Need constant reminding and some issues we have just accepted as it was taking to long and wasting our time chasing as they are not bothered.

The drives and paths are not being surfaced until hand over so the road and paths are all pot holes and messy.

Close to all amenities, very pleasant town to live in
