I like the interior design of the flat and any issues I noted were resolved by the developer contactors quickly and efficiently. The sky garden is nice and you get a good view of London. The management is very helpful and friendly. Overall I'm very happy with my flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a very good location and it's so easy to get to Kings Cross, Liverpool Street and Stratford. It would be better if there are more local restaurants or cafe. I always enjoy walking in the wetlands or along the canal

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management are good at communicating issues and progress update to the residents and they care about the building

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The constant wind around the entrance and on my balcony is quite annoying but I guess there's not much anyone could do.

A lovely place to live in Tottenham Hale

The building is beautiful and new. I enjoyed using the co-working facilities and the terrace. It also has great cycle storage and I really liked having 24-hour concierge. The building management send quite a lot of emails which can be a bit overwhelming, but overall I think they do a decent job.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are limited bars/restaurants/pubs/cafes in the area, but more and more will be popping up. Having the retail park nearby is fantastic, and the station is a five-minute walk from the development giving you access to the Victoria Line as well as trains to Liverpool Street and Stansted.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It is quite confusing who is responsible for dealing with issues in our apartment. The building, the developer, the estate agent? But things are dealt with fairly well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that the landlord was going to put our rent up by £500 after living in there for just a year. It seems like a lot of the apartments in the building are owned by overseas investors that do this type of thing, so I didn't feel like I was treated like a human but rather just a monthly paycheck for them.

The building and the area are exactly why we where looking for, we have stunning views and the building is always clean and well kept. The building management is good compared to other developers, always happy to help and are always happy to help out whenever they can.

Generally all is good however we don’t have access to lifts often due to technical problems. Also we have access only to our levels, sometimes it makes our life too complicated. The place is clean, warm and nice. We all dream to have the same team of concierge around.

The property has an excelent location however there are no restaurants or coffee shops around. We also really need a big food shop.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Only with technical issues in our flats we need to wait long.

Building management is great. Concierge staff is kind and helpful. They collect parcels for us and Dan let guests up to the apartment if given prior notice. Would be nice for food deliveries to be let up to the door, however due to security reasons these need to be collected from the buildings main door.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living at hale works because of the close proximity to the Tottenham Hale station that not only has direct links to Stratford, Oxford Circus and Liverpool Street but also overground trains to Cambridge and Stanstead airport. Very convenient. There is a gym and Tesco express right opposite the building and a retail park with Asda home, Lidl, Iceland and Argos 4 minutes from the building. Parking is available for a small fee down the road ~10/day. We have never found a problem finding a parking spot.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt attempt to fix of any problems that we reported to our letting agents - however these often needed to be chased a few times before they were actually sorted out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

During strong winds there is creaking in the building. Something which is common in all high rises but would have been good to know before hand.
