Amazing place. Great views and safe area. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment with incredible views and a friendly neighbourhood

Yes always responsive and great feedback to whatever problems

Wish there was a bigger space in the balcony but it’s okay

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range of local shops is of a wide range and walking distance. There is a St Ann's shopping center and St George's shopping center nearby with shops, restaurants, post office, cinema. There is also a big Morrison supermarket which is very near the apartment. Very convenient for me. The Harrow on the hill train station is also walking distance which is very handy for getting into central London. Also you have harrow bus station next to it. Living on the street is okay but you do get a lot of traffic noise when you open your windows in the summer. There is a little bit of anti social behaviour sometimes, such as drug dealing, litter. Bin collection is fine and regular.

That parking would be a big issue and actually not available for residents.

What is the best feature of your home:

The layout of the apartment and the fact that it was newly built and had two bathrooms.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love the location. Nice and quiet. No parking in the development and occupants are not allowed to have resident permits.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Terrible, unhelpful slow to react. I had to contact the builders directly to resolve all my issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The people in the building are respectful and considerate neighbours. The general consensus among residents is that the management company are terrible.

Amazing property. Very pleased with the management.

Pros: Supermarket is quite close to where we live. As well as Gym and hospital. Cons: Parking is too inconvenient. Taking a taxi is too inconvenient, and the driver often cannot find the address. Rubbish will never be cleaned up in time, which causes too many flies and odors in summer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Although the service and management are a bit slow, it still helps to solve the problem.

No lift in this apartment! Too many flies which need hygine management.
