Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is very close to lots of bars and restaurants. One bad aspect is I believe there is little public transport in and out of Finnieston

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always quick to respond and very attentive

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had understood the heating centre a bit better

Love living here

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants along argyle street. Exhibition centre train station at the end of the road makes getting into Glasgow centre and then onwards to anywhere else very easy. Also driving wise, you can get onto the motorway straight away which is handy. Having kelvingrove park near by is a bonus too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Snagging took a while through ogilvie. The factors Taylor & Martin are very good with issues raised. I always get prompt responses to any queries I send them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Hard to tell how noise travels and if you’ll hear upstairs neighbours when you view a place. That’s one huge bonus here, there are concrete voids between each floor making it very well insulated for noise. We don’t hear our neighbours and we don’t worry about disturbing our neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is fantastic and accessible easily from city centre. Though it can get on a night when there is a show in SECC

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never had any issues since moving in hence can't comment

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The kitchen space is small for a family and would prefer a bigger space

Excellent place to live

Gregg B (Tenant)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location very closely linked to Finnieston bars and restaurants. On street parking is usually available but challenging during Hydro shows.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My flatmates bike was stolen and the building management did nothing to alert other tenants or help the situation.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How poor Savills and Ogilvie’s customer service would be - a consistent theme of speaking to all tenants.
