Modern & Stylish - With very little bells and whistles

Good: Great modern and efficient. Neutral: Corridors as very dull, feels like a student accomodation building Bad: Hot water is provided by the building at absurd prices, 2x the current market price of energy and with insane admin fees.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: - Very close to the station & Canary Wharf - Weekend food market Bad: - Little life in Canada Water - Not a lot of shops and restaurants around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Hot water failure at 7.30am was repaired by 3pm. Not terrible, but whole development hot water failure should not ever happen in the first place,

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bad: - Low water pressure in the shower - Expensive hot water by building management Good: - Amazing Weekend food market - Plug available in the patio

Overall a great place to live!

The apartments are well designed and furnished in a modern way, and it’s great to have gardens and a gym onsite however the gym equipment is limited. The concierge is usually staffed which is useful for collecting parcels etc, as well as feeling safer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to the tube station and only a 5 minute walk to Tesco superstore which is really handy. The coffee shop next door is also lovely.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems have been raised that have needed to be resolved

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Canada Water is an underground and overground station so you can reach lots of areas of London easily!

Lovely modern building

The building itself is the best I've lived in, the flat is bright and modern with great communal areas and a small gym. I love that pets are allowed. The work from home area is very good, you can also play games in there. Building/property management is okay, whenever I've had issues It does get sorted so can't complain.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love my local area, 2 supermarkets near by. Very close to 2 train stations. There's a local market on Saturdays and Sundays which is lovely.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responde well but it depending on the problem you have. They can sometimes take awhile to get back to you.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building sometimes has hot water problems so it's annoying when you need to shower quickly.

I love the building I love the area. If you live here you can go easily with the public transport to the city. Which is very important very safe place. Everyone in the building is very kind and friendly. I totally recommend them building if you live alone or with your family as well .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love to live here . Ghe tube station is very close (jubilee line) and basically very close a big Tesco store and some shops as well . The only problem we have a car and basically we cant park under the building because is only for the Decathlon so we have to park in the street.( we have an electric car that’s why is a bit annoying because usually in the area every electric car charger is occupied and in the decathlon parking they have )

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always helps us if we have any problems and the concierge is very helpful always helps us with the packages .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Every year you have to pay more and more but it’s normal

Porters Edge Review

One thing which I enjoy the most in our development is the outdoor area on the third floor which is private only for residents. It’s spacious, quiet and beautifully designated space where I like to go for a short walk when working from home during the day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There a good range of local shops in a walking distance from the development. The tube is only 5 minutes away!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is always fast at responding to requests.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s nothing for me to add - all my expectations of the development are met and I fell happy living here.
