Living in this apartment block has been an absolute delight! The amenities are top-notch with a fully equipped gym, serene yoga room, cozy chill area, and breathtaking roof terrace. It's the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. Couldn't ask for a better place to call home!

Very close to the city centre, about a 10 minute walk away from Selfridges. Plenty of amenities around

No independent broadband available, you have to purchase the broadband supplied by the apartment.

What is the best feature of your home:

Roof terrace is a great place to get some fresh air and view over Manchester City

Lobby is stunning and well managed. Gym aircon sometimes doesn’t work which can make workouts abit uncomfortable. There could be more management in terms of bugs outside the lobby there are lots of flies sometimes and there are cobwebs outside our front door but we have seen people come to brush these away but they always come back

Love the location 5 min walk into Manchester is amazing only noise we really hear is the bins collected early on Tuesday mornings at 6am but other then that’s it’s very quiet

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location is so convenient not as busy as central Manchester which we actually prefer and so close to the arndale and Spinningfields

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the floor to ceiling windows they let so much light in which is amazing for city living

Love the facilities and event opportunities and the concierge are incredibly helpful with any issues. Great sized apartment and love the open terraces you have access too. I would make the gym bigger if anything as when it’s busy there isn’t much room and a lot of waiting for equipment

Great location and I love the roof terrace but could improve on more variety of gym equipment and the PT to hold classes within the class work room and a way to know when these classes are on like a calendar or app

Great amenities, such as state-of-the-art facilities and a variety of services. The stylish décor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The friendly and accommodating staff adds to the overall positive experience. Additionally, it smells lovely! Would recommend

Would be preferable to have 24 hour concierge as often times random people sit and hang out downstairs at night which poses a safety risk. Roof terrace is nice but the seating is uncomfortable and there is no area that can cover you from the rain. Fitness room is lovely. Cinema room is cosy. Being able to access the cinema room via fob would be preferable as if the concierge has disappeared somewhere we miss or slot

How cold the apartment gets in winter and any maintenance requests get delayed

The design is clean and the pleasant scent upon entry makes me happy. Also, the staff members are very kind and helpful when I ask them questions. The gym is also clean, but it's a bit disappointing that they don't have the equipment I use. Also, because of the large windows, it gets quite cold in the winter. People who feel the cold easily might find an electric blanket essential during the winter.

When the weather is warm or clear, there are too many bugs outside, and it's a bit inconvenient because there are no bus stops nearby.

It would be convenient to have a car since there are no bus stops nearby.

What is the best feature of your home:

It's not a high floor, but the view is nice and the place is clean, which I like.
