Overall it is a great location to live in. However, when it comes to internet speed or phone network is extremely bad. It would be good to see improvements on those two aspects.

The buildings are very nice, they are different to other residental properties in the area. I think it is a clean place in general. The house is spacious and bright and I don't have any issues with parking as I have a private drive.

The area is safe, the petrol station with Tesco is nearby. McDonald's is also close to the development.

Quiet place with very friendly neighborhood. The equipment are quite nice, there’s a tesco nearby. Convenient to both Stanmore and edgware station. Pretty much outstanding schools in this area. And park as well.

Need to drive to the Chinese supermarket. If The living room id with the kitchen would be much better.

The house we live in is spacious and has a large garden. It's pretty quiet where we live as well. The building was newly built when we bought it so there were just a few minor issues that we were able to be resolved.

We'really surrounded by a great community with easy access to transport and to shops

Wish we had known that our house is so close to the main road so it can be quite noisy.

It's a very peaceful development. There is a big sense of community. The flats are spacious. There is also a storage area available in my flat. The neighbours are like family for us, we spend a lot of time together.

I dislike the fact that there's people that come around to do drugs around this area.

The service charge goes up every year.
