Design, spec and finish is really and high and among the best I saw when looking at different options before buying. The sales team were always very helpful and friendly Flats have nice outdoor space / balconies There aren’t any additional facilities in the development such as concierge or gym Building management company so far has been responsive and helpful

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Epsom is a great area for restaurants and cafes, and only a 10 minute walk from the development. There are some pubs and bars also but not a lot of options in the way of nightlife. Great transport links with epsom train station which goes direct to a number of London terminals, and there are other stations relatively near as well. East street can sometimes be noisy with cars and sirens, but they recently resurfaced the road which had been a big improvement. We have private parking which is a big plus, bin collection is weekly and haven’t had any problems with anti social behaviour. Overall a great development and nice place to live

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems as such but we get regular clear communication around management activities for the development

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Traffic noise on east street at morning commute times was quite loud. Though the road resurfacing helped a lot with this. It would not have stopped me purchasing

A large but attractive development a short walk to the centre of town.

The development is well presented, it has a good allocation of parking to the rear, which is also an attractive space, the building could have more features like a pitched roof but the brickwork is quite nice. The building is maintained well weekly cleaned inside and out. The fixtures snd fitting however could be done to a higher spec, the kitchens for example are quite bland and cheap.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

it’s a nice spot just outside of the main towns but an easy walk back in. The street can be quite busy and a bit of noise from the traffic, but what do you expect in town.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded to issues, but more of a quick fix after sale.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We was of the impression there was a couple of visitor spaces and not just the one.

Living in a flat complex

Design is average and lack of smart thinking is everywhere. Big windows for examples does not help with noises and energy saving. Facilities is good quality and modern. Building management again is average. They try to do as minimum as possible and differ the issues.

Easy access to shops, restaurants, car sellers, repair and car services The road next to house is busy and noisy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they do but they do not do adequate in some cases.

We bought here in lockdown and 8t is very close to the toad and it is much noisier than I expected
