The development is very well set out and we are not overlooked at all and have a very big garden which is hard to get with new builds normally. The after-sales is shocking though and they are absolutely awful. The maintenance of the grounds is terrible as there are weeds everywhere, they let the grass grow to hip level on and around the park and they never mow the grass neatly they just strim it which looks messy. Also when they do strim it they cut over lovely plants which ruins the aesthetic of the place. There is an old rusty fence that’s collapsed along with barbed wire and nettles so not very child friendly considering there is a park on site.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are plenty of shops, pubs etc nearby and the transport links are very good. There are plenty of bus stops around and the development is located just off the A6 which makes the two nearby city centres easily accessible. One downside is that the road noise can be loud when it rains but otherwise it isn’t too noticeable. There is loads of parking available and very little anti social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Minor items that won’t cost them much to sort they did straight away but the larger items they seemed to make up any excuse not to do it
