Great place to live, poorly designed flat.

Nice use of brick and glass to give nice look and feel. Very poor design choices eg swing doors for windy exteriors and cheap fittings chosen by Frasers when installing eg showers, baths and utilities. Poor aftercare when these were flagged - left to resolve individually.

Great area and location. Busy but still feels like a local community. Central without losing its own character.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check for drafts from windows and doors and hot water on day one while developer is on site.

What is the best feature of your home:

Great location and good size. Nice to have plenty of light.

A fantastic home in Camberwell

It’s a really modern, green building which complements the local area. There’s plenty of light in the flats and the quality of finish is really high and much higher than other residences in the area. The building has an on-site concierge 7 days a week and the team are excellent. The management company have been poor so far, but work is ongoing on that so hopefully it will be solved before long. There is a car park but it’s only for drop-off and collection. Plenty of bike storage.

Camberwell is a fantastic place to live. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the local area, good coffee, bakeries etc. There’s also a lot of green space with Camberwell Green over the road, and nearby Burgess Park and Myatt’s field. Buses pass through the area to almost anywhere, and Oval tube station is a 15 minute walk.

I wish we had known how fantastic Camberwell is before! Would have moved here years ago

A window in the office space would be ideal. It’s a little dark in there

Camberwell on the green is situated in the heart of camberwell surrounded by all the local amenities you could need; gym, supermarket, green space etc. If you are looking to live in an urban space, Camberwell has a lot to offer.

The development is well thought out. The 7-7 concierge is a nice addition, and a luxury. The bike storage is a real plus and the building management have put real efforts into making it more secure . The open plan kitchen / living room area is a real party pleaser, however the kitchen worktop space could be a little bigger.

Camberwell on the green is situated in the heart of camberwell surrounded by all the local amenities you could need; gym, supermarket, green space etc. The transport links take some adjusting to when you first move to the area, as there is no immediate tube or train like (closest being Oval and Denmark Hill), however it is well connected by bus. My main dislike about the area is the noise and air pollution. With so many buses on the road, it can be noisy and smelly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise. Thankfully the double , ? triple glazing does a fantastic job of keeping the noise to a minimum but in the summer when you need to open the windows the noise can be somewhat unbearable.

What is the best feature of your home:

open plan living / kitchen area, I always wanted to live in a property where I could cook and entertain at the same time

Me and my partner live here, I really enjoy the green space open to residents, especially in the summer months and I think that the concieges are great at their jobs. It's also a really convenient building to live in.

I like the location and the green space for residents I dislike how noisy the road can get

It's been good living here and it's good to get to work. It feels quite residential but it's so close to central which is great. It's a shame there's no on sight gym, and also the temperature control in the building is not great in the heat.

I like bus links around Dislike the fact there isnt a tube station

They're really great with resolving problems and issues.

I wish I'd known about there being no air conditioning.
