Not great, not terrible

One or two open spaces, majority of roads narrow with houses tightly packed together. Numerous roads and side roads all with the same name for hundreds of houses, will cause dangerous delays if in need of emergency services as it is a struggle to find the right number.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

20mim walk through woodland to St Fagans for nearest pub. Off road bikers ride down footpaths to access fields.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Off road bikers and antisocial behaviour from youths passing through. Development is only technically St Fagans due to post code, but it is really Pentrebane.

What is the best feature of your home:

Decent size home with plenty of bathrooms and storage.

Variety of types of house is excellent

Variety of types of house is excellent. Numbering system is diabolical. Development name could have been chosen better. People get very confused with Pentrebane Road. Building management have not been very helpful once the house is occupied. Development is coming to and end so looking forward to having clean tarmacced roads.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Currently surrounded by countryside. Lots of local schools. Variety of local shops. Good bus route. No traffic noise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we’d known how long the promised amenities would take. 3 years on still no bus route/cycle route or footpaths

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen. It has a full wall sized sliding glass doors.
