Great area to live in. There are lots of local shops around.also we have LIDL, not far from here. The public transport its alright, could be better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very helpful every time I needed them.

I can't think of anything right now that I wish to know before moving in ...

Responded yes, fixed satisfactorily, no. Fault fixes last days at best

How poor the buildings and maintaenance actually were.

The flats have easy access to public transport links including both trains and buses. There is a wide range of shops and cafes along the highstreet and a large Lidl supermarket is located just a 15 minute walk from the flats. There is parking along the highstreet for free for visitors.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I have raised have always been dealt with by our building manager with speed. She is great!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s a lovely area. There is a lot going on community wise. Easy access to public transport and shops.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is great and close to good shops, near bigger shopping centres and good transportation access. Anti social behaviour has risen in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Awful. Do not respond / get anything done quickly and efficiently.

Wish I had known that the building management was poor before I moved in as I probably wouldn’t have moved here- as it’s never been such an issue in a place I’ve lived prior to this

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a lot of troublesome youths, that A2 doesn’t seem to care if they enter the premises. Bikes Stolen, drugs on site, parcels stollen.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Took 3 months to hear back, no apology, no conclusion, was accused of exaggerating how many times the gate has been broken over several months

How bad A2 manages their developments. Only tip I would give… find somewhere else to live
