Very spacious rooms. Great design, very happy with the flat. It comes unfurnished , so you can decorate it as you'd like . Lots of storage room. There are a few door before getting to your flat, so it is very safe to live here. Happy with everything so far .

Great area to live in. There are lots of local shops around.also we have LIDL, not far from here. The public transport its alright, could be better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very helpful every time I needed them.

I can't think of anything right now that I wish to know before moving in ...

High potential gone to pot.

This had potential to be such a great development. Private secure underground parking, key fob entry, camera security, private compound. Yet, due to absolute poor upkeep and majntenance by A2 Dominion, this place has gone to pot. Cheap fixes on faults meaning they reoccur over and over again, car park gates wedged open due to mechanism not being strong enough, secure doors constantly faulting, some times seeing fire exits unusable due to this fault, unmonitored cctv and outer doorsnthat do not shut properly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded yes, fixed satisfactorily, no. Fault fixes last days at best

How poor the buildings and maintaenance actually were.

Great development in Ashford

The flats are designed beautifully. Very modern and simple decor which makes it easier to make your home how you want it. There is a lovely park over the back of the development for children and also a large open grass area for kids to run around. There is also paid visitor parking available.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The flats have easy access to public transport links including both trains and buses. There is a wide range of shops and cafes along the highstreet and a large Lidl supermarket is located just a 15 minute walk from the flats. There is parking along the highstreet for free for visitors.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I have raised have always been dealt with by our building manager with speed. She is great!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s a lovely area. There is a lot going on community wise. Easy access to public transport and shops.

Great flats - poor management

The buildings / flats are designed well and look great! Building and property management are a down fall however, as there are many issues within the building that are still yet to be rectified, such as not being able to access the block through the front door without having to buzz another flat to let you in as the fobs don’t work. The door at bottom of stairs hasn’t locked for over a year now.

Area is great and close to good shops, near bigger shopping centres and good transportation access. Anti social behaviour has risen in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Awful. Do not respond / get anything done quickly and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known that the building management was poor before I moved in as I probably wouldn’t have moved here- as it’s never been such an issue in a place I’ve lived prior to this

A2 doesn’t have any control of the youths in the area, however failing to ensure doors and gates are in working order… leads to youths entering and causing crime, stealing packages and even bikes. Bin storage doors have been left broken, the whole Building is always dirty.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a lot of troublesome youths, that A2 doesn’t seem to care if they enter the premises. Bikes Stolen, drugs on site, parcels stollen.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Took 3 months to hear back, no apology, no conclusion, was accused of exaggerating how many times the gate has been broken over several months

How bad A2 manages their developments. Only tip I would give… find somewhere else to live
