A beautiful site, because of the design you the houses feel very spacious and such Beautiful views. The plot sizes are very good however some larger garden size on the smaller 3 beds would be an improvement. Would of been nice of the sales team had been a little more truthful with the promised installation of a “pond and orchard”

Bishop’s Itchington in a lovely village, parking around the co op can be a little tight. But the people are very friendly and local pub is wonderful.

That there was not going to be a pond or orchard installed like promised

Space between plots and the views from our side of the estate

One of the smaller developments in the area. Convenient location for access to the shops, schools, pub etc. Centred around a green space. Shame there isn’t a small kids play area but there are a couple in the village. Green spaces are maintained regularly.

Lovely village to live in. Has the basics primary school, shops, pub, playground. Significant number of new developments recently though so would benefit from more services.

Depending on the stage of the development be prepared to live on a building site during the week.

What is the best feature of your home:

Country views are really nice. Lots of walks on the doorstep.

Bovis home are useless at fixing faults to our property. We have been living here for nearly 2 years and still fighting to get jobs done that should have been done before completion. We won’t ever buy a new bovis home again.

We bought based on design etc so are totally happy with that aspect. The overall finish of the properties has been poor with above average problems/ complications. Majority of all 'snags' have been completed but these are/ were frustratingly slow. The onsite staff (builders) including site managers have been really good to deal with but the administration back-up has been poor at best.

Lived here in this area for many years. Has all the facilities that would be expected, and more, for a small village. The residents on this development are great neighbours.

Wish I'd have inspected the property from day 1 as kept finding issues/ rework etc

What is the best feature of your home:

It looks good. The design/ open plan living space is ideal for a busy family.

Badly designed frontage meaning the arches above the top windows fall out and the bricks cut in above to nothing fall out. We have a “pond” opposite our house that has had the asbestos removed but the piles of rubble, debris and who knows what else remain.

Good local shop and pub. Lovely area, in semi rural location. The transport links are adequate. Nice walks.

I had an emergency meeting with the site manager the week before we moved in after already exchanging contracts. On knowing that they had no chance of completing the property prior to us moving in. I was asked by him “well it doesnt sound like you want to live here” i said i dont, he said “its a bit late now then”

What is the best feature of your home:

The local area thats all i can think of the new home has none.
