Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area of Willaston is lovely, it has a local shop, chippy, two pubs and two hairdressers. The new Bayley Croft estate is lovely and quiet, except for the DPD drivers that seem to always be in too much of a rush! Would definitely recommend this estate to anyone thinking about moving here.

We've had to extend the patio, as it was pretty small, wish it had been bigger. Would have been nice if Stewart Milne had laid better lawn.

What is the best feature of your home:

The driveway - we finally have parking and we have a lovely big back garden

Good area to live but the only problem is there is only 1 way in and 1 way out

It's a nice lay out lovely estate to live on and friendly

There are shops and pubs within walking distance of bayley Croft which is lovely. The roads in Willaston are fairly narrow but once you’re onto the estate, the roads feel much more open.

There is no outside tap in the back garden.

What is the best feature of your home:

The finish of my home was fantastic! Compared to other builders, I feel that Stuart Milne houses are built and finished to a much higher standard.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is great. Local club and pubs available, friendly people around. Unfortunately the roads could have a greater access, if residents have 3 cars and have to park on the road it's not always easily accessible. Especially for emergency vehicles if could cause problems.

It would be ideal to know the after care don't actually care.

Garden size is ideal and general house room sizes.

Great pubs and local club, village shop is fully stocked and dog lovers galore in the village.

Nothing really as the developer/sales team eased us through everything with no troubles. No complaints

What is the best feature of your home:

The layout is just perfect with utility area included which is a fantastic feature!
