A very modern and architecturally inspired development with facilities such as gym and lounge area to study and spend time. Lovely apartments with vie to Baltic and close by city centre. Close to amenities and Liverpool cathedral. Big Mac around the door.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quite noisy Friday and Saturday when kitchen street is open with DJs. Also other days of the week the club keep going and unfortunately it’s a big nuisance The development itself is great though

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were just great and easy to communicate Very good guys

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The club next door Very noisy and parties taking place frequent

Excellent location and comfortable apartments

Clean and modern development. The roof terrace is pretty poor though, with walls so high you can't see over without standing on a bench. This is a real shame, because the views would be excellent otherwise. The gym is pretty small and has very basic equipment. The working areas are poorly thought out, and the new working spaces in the reception are badly designed, get in the way of walking in/out the building, and just never used. The postal drop-off box is placed around the corner and inside the building, so delivery people hardly use it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location. Very close to public transport, shops, bars, cafes, places to work. 15 minute walk to Lime Street. There can be some loud noise at night on Thursday-Saturday, particularly from the outdoor bar opposite. Parking is far too expensive at £100/month, and there's no guest parking except for 2 hours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly, with immediately repairs, often the same or next day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known that the window from the bedroom to the balcony cannot be opened a small amount. It could have been used as a door, but has been disabled by the landlord.

From the moment I stepped into this complex I was looked after and made to feel at home by all the staff. They are super friendly and queries get dealt with pretty quickly. Once you explore the complex, you get familiar with the maze and it's easy to find your way around things.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've just moved in and have yet to explore the local area. But I love the fact that I am within walking distance of everything. I have an amazing view. I love that everything is 24/7 and I can access the gym, parking, bins, co-working space whenever I want or need to.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the issues were dealt with immediately and were super friendly and helpful and went beyond what needed to be done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

it would be good to be told prior to moving in that the pans required need to be compatible with the hob, so that I could have come prepared. I wasn't able to cook a proper meal when I arrived.

Perfect - if you don't have a car

The flats are well-designed, very well insulated which keeps electricity and utility bills down. The property management team are fantastic, friendly faces and do lots of help residents with events etc. Brian is always really quick and helpful in fixing things when reported and is a friendly-face around the building too. The team put on lots of fun events which is great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking provision in local area is awful unless you buy a space at the Baltic Yard, but that is to be expected in the area as it's a city-centre development in a bustling area of Liverpool. Other facilities - bars, shops, restaurants, are great. There's always something happening and it's close enough to town that shopping is easy and convenient. If I didn't need my car for work I could easily get rid of it and use local transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and they're always quick, friendly and helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You can't park on the street and there's a waiting list for the carpark.

The facilities of the building are modern and designed to work around a post-pandemic life. Contactless delivery boxes, a 24 hour gym and work from home spaces are all wonderful. I only wish they utilised the outdoor areas more and created more places to relax / chill in the outdoor areas. The team are so friendly and we felt welcome from day one. The building is very pet friendly and our dog is settling in well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Baltic triangle is the latest ‘trendy’ area of Liverpool and Baltic Yard fits perfectly into it!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had any issues yet, but all of our queries have been answered from the start of the process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how overlooked the courtyard balconies can be, and that we had the option for curtains to keep some privacy. Also there is a long wait list for the carpark which is frustrating but can’t be changed!
